Script help - installing scripts now server shows 9999 and wont start

Im trying to install the following scripts from a fresh install on the GTXgaming epoch servers. everytime i install the scripts the server just wont start and shows offline on A3 launcher and through Arma launcher. possibly might i be installing the scripts wrong and thats causing the server not to start??

Find and read the .RPT log, that will tell you what's going wrong

Start fresh and install one addon at a time to help you pinpoint the problem. Very often these problems happen when not following guide properly, simple typo or bad copy/paste.
