Is it just me , or do you find it odd that it won't recharge at an Energy station , Ie : Wind Farm or Solar Farm , but you can refill it at the Gas Station ? So it's just a normal bike. :) Yes , I Just thought that because it's been lised as a "Feature" for quite a few "patches" it would be implemented by now , considering all the locations on the map that it could utilize and was/should have been the reason for it's inclusion in the mod .
