And server not ready (Error 02)

Try giving Redis 2GB Ram instead of 4GB

If you remove the dump.rdb from your DB folder and restart the server does it work? It's looking like your dump.rdb might be corrupted.

In Redis.conf, change maxmemory 4gb to maxmemory 2gb

Try giving Redis 2GB Ram instead of 4GB
