CrazyCorky
I know a lot of people use Mikero's Tools... However it seems to be a huge compilation of many different ones... And I have yet to find anywhere that it gives you the specific ones you need. Granted my gogglefu isn't that great.
cring0
Oh look it's a map section, oh look people throwing out tips and shit, where'd this come from? lol I'll have to compile all the tutorials and helpful links that I've come across. I started making a map a couple weeks ago, I'm still tinkering with the heightfield and I still have a bit of work to do with the texture map, but I'm hoping for the best. I'll have to see if someone can swap my thread over to this forum, if its proper. Thanks Wesley for helping out the community, Epoch needs some tailored terrain and diversity to fit its needs. cring0
Anyone know if there is a listing of Arma 3 building dimensions somewhere? I'm just trying to make sure I'm leaving enough room in places for the placement of some houses and such, working with limited space with drop-offs, etc. I've just been loading up the editor, putting a marker at one side of a building and standing on the other lol. I mean, it works I guess, just wondering if I'm doing it the hard way. =P
Wesley
why not just place them in terrain builder, then move around with buldozer, then delete them when you're done using them.

Noted. I haven't used the bi tools yet, I'm still dinking around with L3DT. I've gotten a rough figure on most of the buildings using the editor though, the houses are all under 20m I think, so that helps.
