First time with a dedicated server in "vert hosting" that doesn't connect

Just that, I have already rent a server in "vert hosting" with 40 slots i have already install the server files automatically, and when i enter in the server it stuck in "server initializating" and go out, i don't know how to solve this problem, and out of the server in the server finder doesn't appear the location, and the map of gameplay.

Yeah, I did and they solve it, for now my problem is activate an actihack and know how to use or activate the admin panel or menu in the game,
