Headphones buzzing while playing Arma 3

Hi, My headphones have started buzzing while playing Arma 3 (or any other game) the buzzing is only there when in a game and if I turn the volume down the buzzing goes down too, if I mute the buzzing is gone. its like the games themselves are making the buzzing sound... If I watch videos or go on YouTube there is no buzzing at all its just in games what could cause this? and is there a fix?

 

I have a USB turtlebeach x12

and I have a damn good system ;)

 

I have some steelseries and there doing the same thing.

Does it have surround? If so disable drivers for that and test with 32 bit or 64 bit sound in game

Done all that and made no difference :(

Go in to sound setting and mixture with the different sound settings regarding surround sound and see if it goes away

for w/e it's worth: Make sure that "Listen to this device" is unchecked for both speaker and mic settings
