Tried adding WAI and buildings, Didn't work

I tried adding the WAI to my server, following how it says to then I tried putting in some custom sqf's with buildings in how I'm supposed to but neither worked and I get stuck on "waiting for server to start authentication" I don't use Infistar FYI.

My RPT shows this

Make sure you have re-pbod your dayz_server.pbo after editing files.

If you already have it .pbo'd, try renaming the $PREFIX$ file to $PBOPREFIX$ or vice versa, depending on what it's called now. I think this problem is caused by the PBO handling tool sometimes (PBO Manager, CPBO etc.)

I agree repack the pbo. I'm seeing a few important files it says are "missing"

i never actually click unpack or repack..  

I just double click the pbo file and pbo manager opens it. From there I just cut/copy and paste files and folders in and out of it and just close pbo manager when im done and upload pbo to my file manager.

Every time i use the unpack/repack options it sticks at waiting for server....

Got it guys, I was completely oblivious to the fact I was missing the prefix file. Thanks guys!
