benlav
I climbed into a resuce inflatable as driver, then decided to go passenger, I hopped out, my mate hopped into the boat as driver and I jumped in as a passenger. Then all h3ll broke loose. The vehicle and screen just dropped a nut. From my perspective, the boat was under the water, over the water, in the sky, left, right, just everywhere. It rendered the game completely unplayable. I confirmed to my mate who was piloting the boat that he was ok, which he was. It stopped instantly when I exited the boat. Sorry - can't provide any more feedback than that. We were down at one of the souther containers on the northern beach.
nedfox
I had the same, reported a few weeks ago; but it only happened for a few days and I've never seen it again. As others had it too once in a while,I think it's a memory / desync bug, Relogging both chars sorted it for a few hours.
GasT
Yep desync related. High population server I would guess?
Tobias Solem
ARMA has occasional hiccups with lots of players on the server. It's "normal". DruidRaven
benlav
potentially. There was no dsync indicator, given that it only happened when I got in the vehicle and stopped immediately when it got out. I'm not convinced it's a server load thing. Never seen it in any other Arma 2 or Arma 3 game.
Nic
ARMA has occasional hiccups with lots of players on the server. It's "normal". Happened to me on a server with only about 5 people on.
Čeh
Happens in low pop servers, 'normal' behavior for arma - waves are not synced on all clients methinks
