Downloaded 1.0.2.3 server files, but shows as 1.0.1.1?

Hello,

 

I'm trying to set up an epoch 1.0.2.3 server, but i can't connect with it because the log says i have modified files (i have oa combined + latest epoch, dayz & arma2 patch). It also shows as an 1.0.1.1 server in dayzcommander. If i check the instance_11_Chernarus folder for the config.cfg, it also says 1.0.1.1.

 

Am i doing something wrong? Or didn't i download the correct server files: http://goo.gl/Uz0iZO

In the config you can write what you want. Its just a name. 

Update your @DayZ_Epoch at your Server

I have the same problem for about 2 Weeks now, updating the dayz_epoch cliënt doesn`t work, I have tried sloot of things, and I began thinking that it`s the server data their fault.. Can ons of the coders look at the problem, my friends and I want to play..

You need to update the client files as well as the server files. You will need to manually change the version in the config.cfg your self.

Does it actually look at the version in the name or am I missing something?
