0 Joel the Jackle
Run through an open field. Tweak video settings until you get best FPS with minimal features loading and slowing your frame rate. That's going to be your best case FPS. Loading trees, buildings, objects will always cause FPS to drop. On the server I play on I get 55-60 FPS average in the open and 35-40 in some of NAPF's bigger cities. Sometimes to get best performance you have to give up some visual aesthetics. Just because your rig can run everything on very high does not mean that it can do it optimally. I usually try and strike a balance between pretty graphics and a FPS I can live with.

0 Zupa
But I am serious, just to try if that is what causes trouble for you. Scripts.txt is the only filter that runs on client side - if it is checking tooo much it becomes a very big problem :) When i applied your newest version of the AH , the players had huge fps drops. So i just converted back to the old one i used. Didn't really had the time looking what was the issue. But i'll def do some testing with the scripts.txt then
