A quick google would have helped solve your issue: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?129011-ANSWRED-quot-Connecting-Failed-quot-in-Peer-to-Peer-Server&p=2083132&viewfull=1#post2083132 And due to the server process not getting beyond initialisation, you'd be better to re-post a clean rpt once you get your port conflicts figured out.
