Converting trader items from database to file system

I know this tutorial is out there, I just cannot find it after about an hours of searching. Does anyone have a link or the know how on how to do this. My mission file is only 1173 so I have space to spare to keep it small and would much rather have the trader items pulled from the mission file rather than put extra strain on the database.

Oh hey, my crew and I have been playing on your servers. They are really nice and very smooth. But those AI at the crates, they respawn way too damn fast. Also, you guys have issues with stairs in firehouses. Seems to teleport you to the ground whenever you try and go up them. Same with the nissans, they tend to teleport you in a random direction a lot.
