Server Stuck on "Creating" Status

The title says it all. 

 

I've recently decided to try out Epoch and created a private server. I've created the database, imported everything I needed and went to click the .bat file.

 

The server console load up and shows "Host Identity Created" and it shows up in the Arma 2 Server browser but the "status" is stuck on "creating". 

 

When I attempt to connect, it just says "wait for host" but the server console recognizes I'm trying to connect.

 

Any help would be great and thanks in advance!

have the same issue on a dedi box with trying to run multiple server, after a sheduled restart one of the both server stucks on waiting for host for like 10-20min in the Arma2OA console it stucks on: "Reading Mission..." after waiting on wait for horst every thing runs normally.
