pack safe problem

not sure 100% when this started, players on my server if "pack vault" the animation completes ect then they are given a safe in their invens, and one is dropped on the ground, effectively duping the safe.Anyone encountered this? or something similar?

I have not uncounted this on my server, perhaps it is an addon you have installed?

So, you can try turn off this maccas fix and lock server on password for 1 hour to tests. Then try dupe safe when u turned off this maccas fix. If you won't be able to do it, then maccas fix has any error which give duping safes.

An admin showed me this on their server in january. I send this to macca who is investigating in such fixes. Maybe he will try to take care about this too.
