Where would i find the code related to HALO spawning/Parachuting?

I am wondering where to look for the code that adds the "open chute" option when falling.

 

My plan is to make a variable eg: Scum_bags =["123456789","123456789","123456789"]

 

and if someones UID is entered into this then they never get the option to open chute.

 

rather than banning them since i have halo spawn enabled they will likely just hit the ground, and assuming they do survive it will be a major pain respawning so the rest of us hunting them down will have added emphasis

 

If i can disable parachutes for them entirely then using an arial vehicle will be even more dangerous for them

This is more for people that wind me up, as admin i am constantly being begged for stuff to be spawned in, and sometimes when i refuse i get abuse. just banning them gives no satisfaction but watching "someguy has died" ... "someguy has died" ... "someguy has died"... "someguy has died"... will be hilarious

 

in short its to wind them up not remove them.
