How is an "itemcombolock" obtained?

Is it craftable?

I would like to have a lockable door for my base but I can't figure out how.

The server I am playing on is running v1.0.1.5.

I need one now lol. I have 4 tents full of mats to build my base.

I get your hint, and know where to look now I think.

Just to be clear, they are in the mod v1.0.1.5 currently?
