Sidechat knockout timer.

Hello, I am VERY new to scripting for arma....I'm probably worse than a noob ripping scripts and using them as their own. I've managed to piece a few scripts together to try to make a combined script. Can anyone tell me if the 'if then elseif else' applies to arma scripting? Also: can someone check over this script for me?
