What did I miss?

Hi,

 

I've just come back and got a server again, but I have one problem .. whenever

I make an edit in my dayz_server.pbo; it crashes the server. Even the smallest and simplest edits cause it to crash my server.

 

I use CPBO to pack my files and PBO manager to extract the files from the pbo.

 

Using a default dayz_server.pbo with my edited mission files; works perfect.

Edit dayz_server.pbo; crash.

 

 

This is the error that i'm getting;

^And all the files are in the pbo so I don't get it ..

 

Now i've been around for a long time and never had issues like this, I just right click the server files and select create pbo and it worked ..

 

so is there anyone who might know what's going on here?

you're missing the prefix thingy

That's what I thought aswell but I used yours xBowBii but still; won't let me in my server.. I'm with Vert hosting, anything else I could do?

What PBO extractor are you using?

The pbo might be corrupted.

try using only pbo manager for extracting and packing! probably the combination of 2 programs is causing this.

 

(right klick on the pbo - pbo manager - extract do - dayz_server\)

(right klick on the dayz_Server folder - pbo manager - pack into dayz_server.pbo)

 

if thats not workin yourlaunch paramteres are probably wrong or something ...

Well that was also a problem, pbo manager never showed up on right clicking folders. But I removed it now and went with pboview; works perfect! Thanks for all your help guys :)
