Yea sorry you all are right. I asked my provider and they toff me to reinstall the mod and if that didn't work, reinstall the server. So I went to reinstall the server and there it was, the issue, they had the "start database" in the section to reinstall the server lol. So where I thought the database was active, outit was not. As soon as I stated the database, boom an active and running server lol. Sorry for all of this, I have been used to the databases already running and not where I had to start it.

I get that error in my RPT everytime too. Seems standard. As Arc said, it's what ever's running next that's causing the problem

@OP, your problem is somewhere else - ignore the DLL. I get it too, it's appearing every time and it is a warning - not an error.
that warning appears, probably due to unsigned DLL. I guess arma3 warning us provider of DLL might be hax0rs!! but we all know and love and trust LordAwol and axeman (the man who will give us Epoch hoverboards, how can we not love him).

I'm pretty sure everyone has that error in their rpt.log somewhere. Something is stopping your server from loading past that point. Most likely your command line. I've never seen quotations in a command line either. You might consider submitting a ticket to your host provider on this.

Try removing -world=empty and see what it does.
