And yes, constant desyncs are NOT common; there's something wrong with your connection or PC. A virus, or being part of a botnet, is possible.. Let someone who knows look at it and sort it for you.

So those of us that have restart schedules set by time, it will still work even if the server was manually restarted halfway through a cycle?

So say my restart is at 6pm, next one would be at 12 but the server crashed/manually restarted at 3, surely this system wouldn't know there is a restart until 6 hours later, not 3?

I'd personally love to see an option in the new version to allow this, and also the ability to disable the convoy mission.

Installed this on my server at midnight and gave it a quick test, really like it so far. Seems like it disappears when I die tho, to get the menu back I have to relog.

No we don't 'need' a time window. They give plenty of info if you stop being lazy and take a quick look for it.

 

They said they anticipate a release end of this week, but if bugs/fixes are found then it can be put back a day or 2 easily.

 

I'd prefer to wait for a more stable version than have players complaining and expecting freebies all the time because of a bug.

I have missions that do clear, and some that don't.
Also that paratroop that gets dropped without gear happens rarely, but it's freaking hilarious when it does happen :D

The download doesn't come with a premade PBO.

You need to pack it into one yourself

 

OpFor I'm running this with VEMF, A3EAI 0.4 and SEM as well as a few treasure hunting missions

Put the .PBO in your @EpochHive/Addons folder.

Add the wai folder to your mission.pbo folder (epoch.Altis.pbo)
Add the following to your init.sqf:
         [] execVM "wai\remote.sqf";

Repack the mission .PBO, stick it in your server mpmissions folder and boom, done.

I think the mission spawning area needs looking at too. Just had a medical supply mission and rebel base spawn in EXACTLY the same spot. Off to bed and leaving my players to playtest and have fun with it for now :D

Those are the 2 missions that I've seen, but I can't get more to spawn because those 2 won't clear.

Yep, I've seen the Ghost drop the paratroopers, it was just that one mission where it dropped one AI with no gear and no parachute. Was hilarious.

Have been running this on my server for the past hour and it feels amazing to see the fear in people's hearts when I mention WAI.

However, there do seem to be a few bugs which I'm sure you already know but I'll post them anyway.

Missions don't seem to clear even when ALL AI are dead > No loot in crate if no clear.

A Ghost Hawk flew over the Sniper Team mission and dropped an AI. Literally dropped. He also had no gear at all.

 

Apart form that, it's awesome!
