BEC - No Valid Response.

Question

Currently trying to get BEC to work. I've edited my host file and set the path and filled out the cfg but I keep getting "No Valid Response".

 

Here is the CFG.

 

*Also, I may have installed it wrong so If someone could tell me how to install it and where to put the BEC folders that would be awesome.

Is that the name of your armaserver.exe?
