Satchel Charge Deployment

Having trouble... have a satchel charge that I got from a supply drop and I'm trying to deploy it. 

 

I have it in my inventory, it says "put satchel charge", i scroll to it and click it. My character bends down... and does nothing. No building/crafting animation, etc. It just sits there for about 45 seconds and then gets up... and there's no satchel charge that's been placed. 

 

Am I missing something? Or does this sound like a server issue?

 

Haven't tried buying one yet (4 briefcases/ea)... so figured I'd ask here before committing a really expensive experiment.

the satchel you got is probably bugged. Your character should just bend and get up, following by the satchel appearing on the ground. Then you should get a touch off option on your menu.

That's what I figured. Oh well... time to start saving up some briefcases! :)

 try to sell the one that you've got to raise some money for the next one.

This will also occur if you place it within a safezone.
