sauerland spawn locations

I know locations can be set to static etc however i like the idea of random locations. Is there any way to stop them spawning on the edge of the map?

 

Have had some missions spawn (for example the heli crash one) with the helicopter on the map boarder with the ammo crate off the map.

is that meters from the center?

 

so changing it to 12000 would make them spawn 800m from the edge of the map?
