  K i am just wondering when a new patch comes out and server puts the new patch out do they change any changes done to the traders as far as adding items or changing prices? They were suppose to add vehicle mainteance  manuals i do not see them in traders and the food is still sold for copper.

That depends on your host. Most hosts wipe and reinstall the traders_data table, but some hosts take the time to modify the SQL so it auto increments after what you already have for new entries.
