Working with HFB?

Has anyone else been able to get this working on there server with HFB?

I have tried there auto install of 1.0.4 and than a custom mod and everytime I get This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. 

 

So not sure if this is a error by me or caused on there end.

Sucks cause there support time is really slow as well.

I sent a ticket how to fix the update. Apparently some of their servers where able to run the update?

Well I noticed that they removed the 1.0.4 update from there updates selection so i guess they are working on it.

 

Still annoyed it takes forever for a reply.

I made it working on HFB yesterday. Had to do quite a lot by myself though. For the incorrect Version Error simply take the dayz_code.pbo from your clientfiles and upload it to your server in the folder @Dayz_Epoch\addons

No need. HFB added into the updates.

 

My only issue now is Napf is not in the mods section yet and its not been added into the DB yet either. I messaged them and they are working on it

Yea realized that just seconds after posting :D And we were sitting there yesterday looking thourgh the files over and over again to make it work.. :D

The problem is I dont think they have updated the DB for Napf and stuff cause im having DB issues with the traders.

In much the same boat as you guys, im with Hfb too, had no server since updating has completely broken server, can not get any mod too work.

just cant understand why these updates are not given to server providers first to get servers ready to accept them before they go live on commander...You spend ages building your server up to get some sort of player fan base for what to be almost forced into adding updates that obviously have been rushed out and have broken many peoples servers....at the end of the day we are the ones that are constantly paying out money to keep this community alive...and the service when things do go wrong is terrible...........

I agree.

 

I really think server providers should get the updates before clients.

So they can get everything ready to update.

I got everything working on my end.

Had to do alot of it my self :)
