Prison for Combat Loggers or Stealing?

So I have saw a few servers where if you steal or combat logged you get sent to a prison? How can I find this script? I understand I could build a little prison out of concrete etc. I also do not want them being able to leave the game? or if they leave the game there little prison sentence still stands..  help please?

Admins probably just teleport them there.
