server not loading all scripts at restart

hi all about once a day when the server restarts its dosnt load all the right files and stops players from loading in i dont understand why its only doing it some of the time the player just get a black screen then i do a manual restart and its fine again any ideas??

Isn't it normal behavior for the server to take a few minutes before all scripts are loaded on reboot?

yeah but its not loading some that allows players to log into the server at all till i restart it manually then it works fine again

What scripts do you have? Which one is being loaded in first?
