Updated to 1.0.3 and now I cannot for the life of me figure out why the Admin Tools menus aren't showing up. Did something change with this version that the standard method of installing doesn't work anymore? Is there something I need to add or change the calls for?

Just installed this on another server for a friend, works perfectly fine for me?

I got it working by commenting out the REsec.sqf line so I'm guessing something in there is blocking it. I dunno. I started from scratch and reinstalled fresh for 1.0.3 so I'm not using any holdover code.
