epoch offline server

Hello there good people :) i have a question that i've been thinking about for long time. Is it possible to open offline server just for dayz epoch mod? I've been playing dayz for few years and every time when i build really good base they shut server down and i need to start build everything from scratch on other servers and i'm tired of this. So i want to play dayz epoch mod offline somehow. Is it possible?  I'm not so good at coding and stuff, basically i just run the game and build stuff so if it possible to play like i said can you please explain it to me very simple? :D Thanks

Unless you make your own server on your home pc  to play on., then no. 

It's  pretty simple to make a server on your computer

oh so do i need second computer to make a server? But to build a server and play it online it cost something right?

No you can run it and play it on the same pc. 

Yes it costs money to host a Server, which is why the keep shutting. 

Players don't contribute and sever owners can't afford to keep then running.
