First time renting a server and need some help

We want install AI but mostly in cities/towns, how?.

 

I want adding extra building around the map, how I do that? Adding the tow/lift?

 

 

I wish someone know what he talking about and help me to enjoy my game.

You basically just asked us to set the entire thing up for you.  I had a bunch of guys on my old server just like you, they were telling everyone how they could easily run their own server and make it better than mine.  So I gave them the server (just handed it over, I was bored of regular dayz anyways), 20+ regulars off-peak and 30+ peak (always at least 15-20 players on at one time), loads of scripts from bandit AI to towing, self bloodbag, missions and halo heli jumps etc.. Within one week they'd lost every single player, screwed up my scripts and had to install vanilla dayz in the end (think they even tried that rmod, without much luck), to this day the server sits there with 0 players.  

 

If you have to ask all those questions, then I can promise you that you will fail at running your own "custom" server.

I don't want someone set up my server, I'm just not sure where the thing is, I don,t wanna do the thing wrong. But if you can't help me thanks to not answer.

for everything else , there's google. Seriously though, if you don't even know what a Mysql statement is or where to enter it, or where to edit really basic stuff like  your servers hostname, then I'd recommend sticking to being someone elses junior admin.  I mean that in a nice way, I honestly think you're embarking on a losing project! 

 

If I answered all those questions for you, then I would have set up your server for you.  

Apart from turn it on and enable the white list, you've done nothing else but ask us to do the rest for you :P

We already found out a couple thing things last night, admin tool too but not installed yet was too tired. I use a lot google. Thanks for the link its what I found except the 3.
