Game stutter/freeze at popup inventory screen only in Win10

As said some real enoying delay 2sec when inventory screen popup also when pressing esc but thats not a real issue

Looks like that this only happens when a window pops up

And this only appears to be happening on Windows10 , same epoch server~client on Win7 no problem there

Hope anyone has a good idea to tackle this coz iam out of ideas

If you open your Inventory with the "Spacebar" try another key. Spacebar does some stuff in windows ;)

No its not that , its a real Win10 issue for example login into the server the sound of epoch stutters (didnt noticed it before but after trying to figure this out this was the first 'wierd thing' keep in mind that the same Arma3-epoch on Win7 works without this problem)

It also happens by pressing the escape in 3th view my actionfigure goes in a stutter mode movement also sound stutter and 2 seconds later

the Arma and epoch windows appear (pressing esc again same thing happens)

Wich is a real bugger in game when u try to look in inventory , the stutter is not a real problem but the 2 seconds freeze up is

and either use the keyboard button or the X righttop of the inventorywindow makes it do it again

But this happend after updating Win10 coz last year this wasnt a issue at all , so tommorow will put in a image from midway december 2015

and see from there
