Server player connection logs questions

Hello, I've been running a server for 3-4 weeks now and there are some logs that annoy me and I cannot figure out:

 

1. People not having epoch installed and connecting

 

- Example log:

It's obvious the player has no epoch installed and hence cannot join the server. I have no problem with this only that it also shows ingame. So all players that are playing can see the "you cannot play/edit" part of the log, which I find quite annoying and haven't seen on other servers. We get about 50 connects each day from people that haven't installed it, so it gets alot over time. So how can I make it so it doesn't appear ingame anymore?

 

2. People connecting and disconnecting very fast

If you look at the time log you can see the player only connected for 12 seconds. What is the cause behind this? Because I see this happening often as well?

 

These are just some logs that have piqued my interest. Maybe some experienced server admins can give me advice or simply explain these phenomenon!
