And is there an option already in to turn of the rpt logging server side ? We are getting 5 to 6 fps server load when we have 20+ players on when i read about some server owners running that on 30 fps server load . Brian Soanes Posted August 21, 2015 Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 And is there an option already in to turn of the rpt logging server side ? in your startup parameters, add -nologs It won't stop logging in A2, but it cuts down a lot of the rpt, we found it improves performance *slightly* If you have errors in your rpt, the issues will be causing poor server fps, reducing logging won't fix bad scripts. We rent a server atm at survival , got no idea what they use to launch it so it will probably not be an option for me to turn loggs off . What kind of server load fps is normal with a medium modded server with 50 players on ? Is that going to be a big difference between renting a dedicated box for yourself or a gamehost ? Brian Soanes Posted August 21, 2015 Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 It depends on the amount of vehicles and Epoch buildings you have on the map, but with 50 players you should be running at least 15fps or there will be issues.
