This bug is known and here is a temp fix:

 

onPlayerRespawn.sqf:

waitUntil{vehicle player == player};
waituntil{!isnull (finddisplay 46)};
waitUntil{alive vehicle player};    
waitUntil{typeOF player != "VirtualMan_EPOCH"};
enableEnvironment true;
