change AiATP littl on AiATP full

Hello.I change AiATP littl on AiATP full . But in the folder AiATP full is a file named mod.cpp  .  In an earlier folder AiATP littl that was not there. This means that I have to delete it . I have the same files mod.cpp in @mas;@masvehicles;@Epoch  . What should I do

In AiA TP Full, I also have mod.cpp, so I would not delete it.

And what with the folder key in AiATP. I added the key from AiATP to the key folder in arma 3. Will I delete or leave the key folder in AiATP
