Do new vests even spawn?

So with Marksmen DLC came new vests, do they even spawn in Epoch? If not, then why not?

Yea.. a friend finally found one of the new ones.

 

 

Looks like the upper padding that a football player would use.

 

I don't recall the name of it but it's protection is pretty good.

Seriously? I have not seem them at all. Why they are so rare? I find new ghillie suits rather frequently, but never even saw new vests on other players. Maybe it is something that needs to be edited in loot table? Maybe devs could confirm not?

I've edited the loot table on our server. I assume the server owner had an updated file, which contained ghillie suits from the DLC but not the vests. I'd have to assume in this case they decided they were too good, rather than overlooking them. But then again, they updated the zafir ammo classname but overlooked the rahim ammo classname. If someone knows the best way to let them know this please do so.
