Talking to people in-game while not in-game?

I know this sounds odd, but many servers I've been on before have been able to help people in-game, while not actually being in the server. They'd be speaking through some kind of console, being able to see the chatlog and respond as ADMIN:, but without being online in the server.

 

This is something I really need on my server, so is there any way I'd be able to add this to mine too?

i prefer Dart, but everybody has its own favorite

I use both Dart and EPM, only because EPM doesn't have location flags and doesn't tell me where people are from :)

I use EPM over Dart because i found EPM more reliable to reconnect after restarts, Dart would drop connection and not log back in, EPM very rarely lets me down :)

true that, what ive noticed is that after some time, dart starts to crash and i have to download it again, to get it working again. I think it could be because of the datastorage which gets to big for dart.

I think i will switch over back to EPM ^^
