Overpoch Server Lag

Hey guys im currently being hosted an Overpoch server with GTXGaming. I have contacted them already to see if they know anything about fps lag causes and havent recieved an email. I am using config traders, ive deleted all trader items in the database, and I have removed all debree and set maxvehiclespawns to 0. I had the server as epoch, it was fine. Used the same files but in overpoch and now its terribly laggy. I suspect it could be being caused by fog in the server. I have set a view distance in the init.sqf and in infistar and the fog is only allowing me to see 500-600m. Let me know how I can reduce lag and/or if fog is a cause of it.

I comment out :

Seems to be a massive improvement in gameplay. Don't know if this is generally a bad idea, but it works for me.
