Taviana 2.0: Vodniks don't spawn

Hi all,

 

we wanted to change our Tavi-Epoch server from the 1.0 map to the 2.0 mao from DAYZTAVIANA.COM.

 

Nearly all works well but we have problems with the GAZ_Vodnik_DZE:

 

  • player owned Vodniks already in the DB do not spawn into the game world
  • buying one creates a DB entry for the correct position but the vehicle itself stays absent and vehicles bought after that spwan ok (instead of colliding with the invisible/unspawned Vodnik still on the spawn point
  • spawns via the dynamic vehicle list dont't appear, either but are written to the DB with a non existing 157 0 0 worldspace coordinate
  • spawns via the admin tool are ok!

Dynamic spawns create errors in the arma2oaserver.RPT:

> Cannot create entity with abstract type GAZ_Vodnik_DZE (scope = private?)
> 21:28:55 Cannot create non-ai vehicle GAZ_Vodnik_DZE

 

Afaik all other vehicles are find and there have been no problems with the Tavi1.0 map.

 

Any hint?

we have this problem also since 1.0.2.4 i have posted about it before but didnt get a reply on the last version i changed the vodnik to the standard Arma 2 version in the database (trader data) and replaced all the old ones in the object data... i havnt got round to it yet but i was thinking of using this opendayz.net/threads/release-bi-planes-with-m240s-on-1-7-7-1.12829/#post-65015 but instead of adding to a vehicle removing the ammo as a temporary fix
