Persistent scenario box?

Is it possible to have the Scenario box in A3: Epoch say up all the time? (where it shows fire rate and ammo count)

 

I don't know if I did something to have it fade away after a certain amount of time, the only thing I have added to my server is the status bar (which sadly took me over an hour to figure out the Battle Eye filters).

 

I don't recall if it was up all the time before hand (this is what I get for trying to do a project at 2am in the morning).

 

I looked around the forums and couldn't find anything, my apologizes if this is the wrong section to post this.

Never mind, it has to do with the mission / server difficulty setting. I changed it back to normal as a test and now that box is visible 100% of the time.
