Spawning Stuff with admin tools

have not found a post on it. so i ask here. sorry if its on wrong place.

i want to add more vehicles to my server. i saw someone with a police car etc. where can i find id's for custom vehicles (arma 3 ones) ? i dont mean the normal arma 3 id's
and if i add custom vehicles. do players need to download some stuff for using it to ? or is it possible to add server side only ?

Is it possible to get those new vehicles to my stock admin tools. so i can spawn them myself ? or is it only infistar admin tool which can do that ? if not stock can do it. will that change anytime soon ?

Sounds like something from ArmA life servers, you would need to have them as an addon and all players would need the addon.

The stock anti-hack wouldn't be able to spawn them, you'd need a script or alternative anti-hack or there is a post for adding non-epoch vehciles
