TuBz
I run a 45 Slot Arma3 Epoch server on a lot less and so far no problems..I have yet to exceed 20 players at a time though! this runs on an old q6600 2.4 running at 3gb 8gb ram and a 120 ssd on virgins 160/12,b domestic cable..so far never had one complaint about the server lag or other probs.. so would definitely give it a whirl
RimBlock
Yes and if you configure it correctly you should be able to get multiple servers running at the same time with lots of players. Other links for spec recommendations here and here. Remember to cool it well or disable some cores to get the best speed (Intels Turbo boost tables - cores vs max frequency)

Never bumped over 18 and No complaints yet. Have a overpochins on a seperate hotter system 4690k That in game you couldnt tell. Of course the cpu isnt streesed at all. I,d have to think hardware wise you'll be fine. Just would recommend your sql is on a seperate ssd then the game\OS I've heard being on the same may cause issues.
