Step 2 : Copy the R3f- LOG folder into your Mission file.
Step 3: In your init file in the missions file put this : execVM "R3F_LOG\init.sqf"; At the very top of the INIT
Step 4 : AT the Very top of your description.ext put this code : #include "R3F_LOG\desc_include.h"
That is it . IT will work. Maybe with a little bit more time we can get this working with Epoch base parts and be able to load them into trucks and move them around. Also below I have posted a link to my Cherno mission file with R3F working if you want to just give it a try.

Eh all. Not sure if anyone has this working yet. But fell I would post some info on how to get this working..
