Server won't restart

Hey guys I just took over a server yesterday. And my luck is such that now it's missing every other restart. Supposed to every 4 hours but is currently resetting every 8 hours. Where can I find the files to fix this, or would it even be in the files? Since the server isn't resetting after the four hours it gets laggy and some people can't join and there's of course the random lag spikes. We are using survival servers if that helps.

check your BEC scheduler. Change hosting companies.

Which file is it in exactly? I looked in there a few minutes ago, couldn't locate it. Which host do you prefer?

Sorry for the continual noob questions but the scheduler isn't located in a sub file I can't open yet? If not then I may have found part of the problem.

You should speak to your server hosting provider - open a support ticket with them
