Buy any land or air vehicle from a coastal trader, no matter what you buy he spawns it in the water 4. Yes, just buy a land or air vehicle I would imagine the coastal traders on Chernarus are there to buy/sell boats, jetskis or submarines but they buy any vehicle, so when you buy a helicopter from them, it gets spawned in water and blows up.
