B.E.C commands aren't working

My B.E.C working fine with 0 error, and when super admin join the server,  it shows super admin join the server in the BEC.exe, so B.E.C runnign fine. Although, in-game commands aren't working, for example !help , !say and !uptime. Also i have only 3 channels enabled direct, group and vehicle. i would also like to enable side channel.

Side chat is enabled through the description.ext

what i need to change this for disableChannels[]={0,1,2,6}; , in order to get direct, vehicle, side and group.

Don't know about !say, but the uptime command is : !upt

Global chat
Is always sent to the server even if you are alone on the server. so using global will always work.

Side chat
Will only be sent to the server if there is other players on the same side as you.
It will not work if there is 1bluefor and 1opfor player.

Group chat
Will only work if there is other players in the same group as you.

Vehicle chat
Will only work if there are other players in the same vehicle as you.

Direct chat
Will only work if there is other players near you to pick up the chat.
