Positions NOT saving

When I logout of my Epoch A3 server, I am brought back to the starting island and its not saving my last position. I have redis running and appears there is no problems.

What could be causing this?

You are not giving the same password in the config files. Make sure they are the same and it should work. Also maybe try external IP or internal IPs with the ports forwarded if needed.

Another Christmass present for you.

 

In the DB folder, inside redis.conf there is a password.

requirepass whateverishere

Now, you have to have the same password in here: @EpochHive\EpochServer.ini

IP = 127.0.0.1
Port = 6379
DB = 0
Password = whateverishere

Sounds like your talking about 2 different files. I have set a password in the redis config file already. What more do I need to do? Also what ports do I need to forward then?
