BE has been how to solve with the new?

What I've been doing is when I see those msgs, I make sure the server is updated, as well as letting the players know.  I go to the Battleye site to verify that there is an update and there have been a few times where even though we got the update msg, there was no change on the BE site to be found. BE has also had some problems with auto updates recently so I manually update the .DLLs on the server and also on my local client, even if there appears to be no change to the DLLs on the BE site.  We generally recommend that players do the same.  Since doing that, we generally don't have this problem as long as the updates are done either automatically or manually.

Use your DayZ Launcher to join the game, once in the lobby wait. Then the window should come up and start updating battleye.

 

DO NOT DO ANYTHING AFTER DOUBLE CLICKING ON THE SERVER IN DAYZ LAUNCHER!

 

Then after it is done it might restart the game and or redo the process, just let it do its thing for about 10min maybe less.

 

If it still doesn't work please state here what you have tried so far.
