Modify Editor built bases with crafting

I have seen sever bases, map edits , with building items  you can only do by crafting or admin tools like from NoxSicarius Admin tools 1.9 .. no way that I know of to add these items in via map editor..
I see Nox's tool has a way to set center and radius, and add stuff in, and save to sqf.... I am assuming, this is along the lines of what is being done. I just cant figure out how to merg these into the sqf..

Any help on this would be appreciated. Its prob something simple .. just want to do it right not stabbing around in the dark .. if I can find and answer.

In the editor you can find an item section containing the built versions of the Epoch buildables (CinderWall, ...). Sadly I've forgotten where exactly and the interface is simply hideous....

 

I wouldn't try to set locked items and I never tried to upgrade items, but those you don't need to interact with (those that don't need to be changed in the DB) work fine.
