BTC Heli Tow - Errors after installing

Getting this error after adding the called code as posted above..  wasnt getting before I posted this.. epoch 1.05.1

REM'd it out temporarily .. hoping to find some help on this .. alos trying to use M-F Tow.. its not working either.. no error.. just dosnt give menus.. I have followed to a t all the install instructions.. or so I thought .. what could I be missing ?
Maybe they are related ??
